Andrea leads stakeholder engagement, partnerships and strategic communications at Licella, advancing its Cat HTR™ hydrothermal liquefaction technology in the global bioeconomy. Since joining in 2015, she has driven Licella’s global profile and industry leadership across low carbon fuels and clean technology, including securing $8M in ARENA funding for Project Swift.

She is a national and international speaker on low carbon fuels and advanced recycling, with keynote and panel roles at the SAF APAC Summit, Climate Investor Forum, SXSW Sydney and Australian Renewable Fuels Week. She has also represented Licella as a national media spokesperson, appearing on ABC Landline, ABC News, 7.30 Report, the Australian Financial Review and War on Waste.

Andrea contributes to policy development through government consultation and industry advocacy, including appearing as an expert witness in parliamentary inquires. She was a finalist in the 2024 Women in Packaging Awards and recognised in The Bioeconomy 500 in 2025 –recognising outstanding leaders of the global bioeconomy’s development and deployment.
